FAQ

How does the fit run?

The adult shirts are relaxed, boxy heavyweight tees with dropped shoulders. Most people take their usual size; size up one for an oversized look.

Each product page has a size chart with the shirt's flat width and length. Printful says measurements may vary by up to 2 inches.

What if the size is wrong?

Message me within 14 days of delivery and I'll send the right size free. Keep the first one. The full terms are on the Shipping & returns page.

Will the color match my screen?

Colors on screen are approximate. The adult shirts are garment-dyed, so each shirt's color varies slightly.

How should I wash it?

Wash it cold to keep the length. A faint square around the print right out of the package is the printer's pretreatment and washes out in the first wash.

How long does shipping take?

Each shirt is printed after you order it, and it usually leaves the printer in 2–5 business days. Delivery after that depends on the carrier and your address, so I can't promise that a shirt will arrive by a particular date. Shipping to US addresses is free.

Do you ship outside the US?

No. Right now I ship to US addresses only.

Who makes the shirts?

I design every shirt. Artwork is created from my original concepts and direction using generative AI tools, then selected, refined, and prepared for print by me. My production partner, Printful, prints each shirt after you order it, in Charlotte, North Carolina; Coppell, Texas; or Tijuana, Mexico. Printful chooses the facility for each order.

Who are the people in the photos?

The first photo of each shirt is Printful's mockup: the shirt on one of Printful's models, with my print placed at its real size. That model isn't a customer. The second photo shows the same shirt laid flat.

Any image made with AI is labeled "Generated image," and the people in it are fictional. A generated photo on a product page is made from the real print file.

Generated models are never customers, and they aren't a guide to fit or color. Printful's mockups show the print's real size on the shirt, and the size chart shows the fit.

Is the Bureau real?

No. Ordinary Wonders Bureau is my shop, and the Bureau in the designs is invented. So are its departments, surveys and field offices. None of them is connected to any real government agency or park.

Is this the same shop as OrdinaryWondersCo on Etsy?

Yes. On Etsy the shop is called OrdinaryWondersCo, and the same return terms apply there.
