Shipping & returns

Every shirt is printed after you order it. These terms apply to every order, here or on Etsy.

Shipping

• Shipping to US addresses is free. Right now I ship to the US only.
• Your shirt usually leaves the printer in 2–5 business days.
• Delivery after that depends on the carrier and your address. I can't promise that a shirt will arrive by a particular date, so please don't count on one for an event.

Wrong size

Message me within 14 days of delivery and I'll send the right size free. Keep the first shirt; there's nothing to send back.

Other returns

For any other reason, ask within 14 days of delivery. Send the shirt back, with return shipping paid by you, and I'll refund what you paid for the shirt once it reaches me.

Damaged or misprinted

If your shirt arrives damaged or misprinted, send me a photo and I'll replace it free.

Orders from Etsy

If you bought through my Etsy shop, OrdinaryWondersCo, message me in Etsy Messages so the order details stay together. For anything else, use the contact page.
