Observe a little closer.

The wren sits at the top of the ring, and the candle at the bottom is the only thing lit.

Print artwork: a ring of December things around an empty middle: pine and holly with red berries, two oranges, a pine cone, a lit cream candle and a wren perched on a branch at the top, with a dotted ring of navy stars and snowflakes outside it.
