Observe a little closer.

The fish tail is covered in tiny crescent scales, and the horns go up past the top of the circle. The constellation is drawn from the real star positions.

Print artwork: a sea-goat with a cream goat's front, long ridged horns and a sage green scaled fish tail, leaping across a navy circle of night sky with a constellation drawn in it.
