Observe a little closer.

The tail rises right out of the top of the circle. Every segment has its own small mark. The constellation is drawn from the real star positions.

Print artwork: a gold scorpion with its tail curled high over its back and its pincers open, covered in navy folk marks, crawling across a navy circle of night sky with a constellation drawn in it.
