Observe a little closer.

It reads left to right like a sentence, and it ends with the peel curling off the edge, which is how most oranges end.

Print artwork: an orange's whole life in a row, running diagonally upward: a green leaf, white orange blossoms with buds, a small green unripe fruit, a ripe orange with a leaf on its stem, a cut half showing its segments and a long curl of peel, all outlined in dark green.
