Observe a little closer.

The jug is green glazed clay with a pattern pressed into it, and the basket is woven in a tight herringbone. Nothing in the picture is a landmark; it's things from a kitchen and a market.

Print artwork: Oaxaca, Mexico, through its ordinary things: half a mango with its stone showing, a green clay jug with a pressed pattern, a woven palm basket with two handles, a bunch of long red chiles tied at the stems, an orange marigold in full bloom and a postage stamp of a pink adobe wall and an agave under a blue sky.
