The Poison Garden Crewneck

Not for sale yet. This design is a preview, so there's nothing to buy today.

A poison garden crewneck sweatshirt: a bouquet you should never pick, tied with string. Hemlock, datura and oleander, with a moth sitting on the datura.

Color: Navy

Classic-fit fleece crewneck sweatshirt, 50% cotton and 50% polyester, with a rib-knit collar. By the size chart it is about 2″ wider than the unisex tee in the same size (M: 22″ across against 20.25″) and about as long, so most people take their usual size.

Care

Colors on screen are approximate, and light inks can look slightly tinted on red or maroon shirts. A faint square around the print right out of the package is the printer's pretreatment and washes out in the first wash.

Observe a little closer.

The datura is shown twice, as the white trumpet flower and as the spiky seed pod it turns into. This is part of The Night Herbarium, one of the two series in Witching Hours.

Print artwork: a bundle of three poisonous plants tied with string, drawn like a botanical plate: hemlock with its lacy white flower heads, a white datura trumpet with its spiky green seed pod and pink oleander flowers. A small moth rests on the datura.
