A Field Guide to Bats Hoodie

Not for sale yet. This design is a preview, so there's nothing to buy today.

A bat hoodie drawn like a specimen plate: a vampire bat with its wings spread out flat, every bone showing, under a crescent moon. It has very big ears and two very small fangs.

Color: Black

Heavy-blend pullover hoodie with a double-lined hood and a front pouch pocket, 8 oz, 50% cotton and 50% polyester. By the size chart it is about 2″ wider than the unisex tee in the same size and about as long; most people take their usual size.

Care

Colors on screen are approximate, and light inks can look slightly tinted on red or maroon shirts. A faint square around the print right out of the package is the printer's pretreatment and washes out in the first wash.

Observe a little closer.

The long bones in a bat's wing are its finger bones, which is why there are so many of them. The little moons on the wings are the only made-up part.

Print artwork: a vampire bat drawn like a pinned museum specimen, wings spread wide and even in plum purple with every finger bone drawn in cream, small crescent moon and leaf patterns on the wings, big ears, a furry face with two tiny fangs, and a gold crescent moon above.
